GROUP REGISTRATION

• Group registration allows 10% off registration fees when there is a minimum group of 10 participants.
• It is not possible to register an accompanying person without a participant.
• For group registration, please use the Registration Form, fill it out, and send it to e-mail: inpc2017@gmail.com.
• You are welcome to register your group by stating the number of participants only and sending us the names no later than May 01, 2024
• Name substitutions are accepted at any time and are free of charge.
• Registration fees will be confirmed upon receiving the final name list with total registration fees and accommodation payment.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION

When the registration form is received and full payment is credited to the congress account, a letter of registration confirmation will be emailed to the provided address in up to 10 days. Please bring this confirmation letter to the meeting, as it must be presented at the registration desk.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be made in writing to inpc2017@gmail.com. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
• Cancellations received up and including March 31th, 2024 - full refund
• Cancellations received between April 1st, 2024 to May 1st, 2024- 50% will be refunded
• After May1st, 2024 - no refund will be made
